​Tracy Community Connections Center offers free showers to the homeless and at risk of homelessness twice a week.  The mobile shower trailer is currently located at the New Heart Church back parking lot, 1647 Bessie Ave., Tracy, CA.  Homeless will interact with Case Managers to determine how we can assist them in achieving a higher quality of life.  Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

If you are unable to volunteer your services, please consider making a donation.   There is an enormous need for the programs Tracy CCC is offering and your donations can make a huge difference in people’s lives.  Any amount would be graciously accepted to help us in our efforts to provide shelters, food, clothing, laundry services and our “back to work program.”
